摘  要:通过对尾矿砂混凝土开展室内力学试验研究,分析不同含水率、颗粒粒径和干密度对尾矿砂混凝土的应力-应变曲线变化规律、黏聚力和内摩擦角的影响。结果表明:不同含水率尾矿砂混凝土的应力-应变曲线变化规律基本一致,都是随着应变的增大应力逐渐增大,当应变增大一定值时应力逐渐趋于平缓;同时,随着围压的增大,尾矿砂混凝土应力峰值点对应的应变值相对滞后。当尾矿砂混凝土的围压一定时,尾矿砂混凝土的应力-应变曲线变化规律和峰值应力的数值大致一样,故尾矿砂混凝土变形特性受含水率的影响作用较小,受到围压的影响作用较大;随着尾矿砂粒径的不断增大,尾矿砂混凝土的黏聚力呈现出增大变化规律,而内摩擦角却呈现出逐渐减小的变化规律;由于干密度越大,尾矿砂混凝土内部含有固体颗粒越多,尾矿砂混凝土就越加密实,进而使得颗粒之间的相互咬合力增大,在宏观上呈现出尾矿砂强度的提升。Through laboratory experiments on tailings sand concrete,the effects of different moisture content,particle size,and dry density on the stress-strain curve change law,cohesion,and internal friction angle of the tailings sand concrete were analyzed.The results show that the stress-strain curve of tailing sand concrete with different moisture content is basically the same,and the stress gradually increases with the increase of strain.When the strain increases by a certain value,the stress gradually becomes flat.At the same time,as the confining pressure increases,the strain value corresponding to the peak point of the tailing sand concrete stress is relatively lagging.When the confining pressure of tailings sand concrete is constant,the change law of the stress-strain curve of tailings sand concrete is roughly the same as the value of the peak stress.Therefore,the deformation characteristics of tailings sand concrete are less affected by the moisture content,and more affected by the confining pressure.As the particle size of the tailings sand concrete continues to increased,the cohesion of the unsaturated tailings sand concrete showed an increasing law,while the internal friction angle showed a decreasing law.As the dry density was greater,the more solid particles were contained in the tailings sand concrete,the more dense the tailings sand concrete was,and the mutual bite force between the particles was increased.Macroscopically,the strength of tailings sand concrete had been improved.
