摘 要:攀西地区是我国重要的钒钛磁铁矿生产基地。因受制于矿石性质的影响,该地区生产的铁精矿品位普遍偏低,且富含钛、镁、铝、硫等元素,造成后期冶炼成本增高。若能在选矿的过程中进一步提升精矿的品质,将有助于降低铁精矿的冶炼成本。本文采用光学显微镜、电子探针、矿物自动分析仪(AMICS)、化学分析等方法,对攀西地区的某磁铁矿精矿进行了系统地研究。通过对样品中矿物组成、成分分析以及杂质矿物的种类、粒度、解离特征等方面的研究,查明了影响该铁精矿品质的矿物学因素。根据研究结果可知,该铁精矿铁品位经过再磨再选仍有一定的提升空间;通过浮选脱除磁黄铁矿降低铁精矿中硫含量,可以进一步提升精矿的品质。Panxi area is an important V-Ti magnetite production district in China.Due to the ore original properties,the grade of iron concentrates from this area is generally lower,but are rich in Ti,Mg,Al,and S contents,resulting in the following higher metallurgical cost.If the quality of iron concentrate can be further improved via the ore processing,it will be helpful to reduce the relevant expenses.In this paper,a magnetite concentrate from Panxi area was chosen for systematic mineralogical studies by the Optical microscope,Electron Microprobe,Advanced Mineral Identification and Characterization System(AMICS).The mineral contents and compositions analyses,and the harmful mineral species,particle size,liberation characteristics,were conducted to reveal the mineralogical factors affecting the quality of iron concentrate.According to the results,the grade of iron in this iron concentrates can be improved via re-grinding and re-selecting processes.The sulfur contents also can be decreased by flotation technology to remove pyrrhotite,making further improvement on the quality of iron concentrate.
