摘　　要：预分解窑内窑皮分布不均、长厚窑皮、结圈是水泥行业烧成系统常见的工艺现象,文章结合实际生产过程分析了预分解窑内结皮的成因,包括生料化学成分,煤粉质量、操作和热工制度等的影响,并提出了针对性的处理措施。The uneven distribution of kiln skin, long thick kiln skin, and ring formation in the precalcining kiln are common process phenomena in the firing system of the cement industry. The article analyzes the causes of the skin formation in the precalcining kiln in combination with the actual production process,including raw meal chemistry, the composition, coal pulverized coal quality, operation and thermal system, etc. and proposes targeted treatment measures.
