摘 要:针对含油污泥有机质含量高,难以固化的处理难点,通过采用微生物降解含油污泥有机质和无机胶凝材料固化含油污泥,达到含油污泥无害化处置和高效综合利用的目的。研究了三种微生物菌剂和固化剂掺量对含油污泥固化体性能的影响。研究结果表明:ZS微生物菌剂降解含油率效果最好,90 d含油率降低了52.13%;ZS90(ZS型微生物处理90 d的含油污泥)+20%固化剂HD,其固化体7 d无侧限抗压强度大于1.5 MPa,达到了标准(JTJ 034-2000)要求,可用于II级及II级以下公路底基层。Aiming at the difficulties in the treatment of oily sludge(high organic matter content and difficult to solidify), the use of microorganisms to degrade the organic matter of oily sludge and inorganic cementing materials to solidify the oily sludge achieves the purpose of harmless disposal and efficient comprehensive utilization of oily sludge. The effects of three kinds of microbial agents and solidifying agent content on the properties of oily sludge solidified body were studied. The research results show that: ZS microbial agent has the best effect on degrading oil content(90 d oil content is reduced by 52.13%);ZS90(ZS type microbial treatment of oily sludge for900 d) + 20% curing agent HD, its solidified body has no confinement for 7 d The compressive strength is greater than 1.5 MPa, which meets the requirements of the standard(JTJ 034—2000), and can be used for the sub-base of roads below grade.
