纺织品文物染料鉴定与配方初探——基于拉曼光谱技术

摘　　要：对一件红色大袄私人文物藏品进行染料分析,推测其染料配方。基于拉曼光谱技术对藏品进行测试,结果显示文物由茜草染制而成。根于文献以及古文对染整技术的记载运用茜草、明矶、棉布等进行多组染色实验。染色实验后进行拉曼光谱测试,结果表明选用三十克重的茜草,一升水的比例进行前媒染更接近文物拉曼测试结果。This paper analyzed the dye of a large red coat from a private cultural relics collection and speculated its dye formula.Tests on the collection based on Raman spectroscopy revealed that the artifacts were dyed with madder grass.Based on the records of dyeing and finishing technology in literature and ancient writings,several groups of dyeing experiments were carried out with madder,alum and cotton cloth.After the dyeing experiment,Raman spectroscopy was carried out.The results showed that the ratio of 30 grams of madder to 1 liter of water was closer to the results of Raman spectroscopy for cultural relics.
