摘　　要：价值评估体系是近现代建筑室内历史环境进行保护和更新实践的关键环节,要实现真正合理有效的保护只有在客观、准确的价值评估结果的指导下才行。本文应用因子分析价值评估方法,构建了价值评估指标体系,并将该指标体系应用于北京近现代教堂室内历史环境价值评估中,采用因子分析法客观地对所选评估对象进行价值评估计算,根据价值评估结果将室内历史环境分为四类保护级别,为近现代建筑遗产室内环境保护更新策略和技术的选择提供参考依据。The value assessment system is a key link of interior historical environment conservation and renewal for modern architecture.Effective protection can only be achieved under the guidance of objective and accurate evaluation results.This paper constructed a value evaluation index system adopting index evaluation and applied it to the historical environment value evaluation of churches in Beijing.The paper objectively calculated the value of the chosen target and listed four types of protection levels accordingly.The result is believed to be able to provide a reference to the selection of renewal strategies and technologies for the interior historic environments.
