摘　　要：大众旅游背景下,青年旅舍逐渐丧失了价格优势,且发展良莠不齐,为深入挖掘青年旅舍的核心竞争力,推动其可持续发展,采用生命周期设计方法对青年旅舍现阶段发展进行调研,并结合消费者对国内外青年旅舍的评价情况进行分析,对其生命周期中的发展问题进行归纳,得出定位错误、规范缺失、核心竞争力丧失、翻新周期不当等主要因素,在定位、品牌意识、行业标准、服务体系提出有效解决措施。通过生命周期设计法对青年旅舍行业发展进行分析,能够发现并解决现存的发展问题,进一步提高青年旅舍的原有竞争力,从而推动青年旅舍的可持续发展。Youth hostels have gradually lost their price advantage and became unevenly developed due to the emergence of mass travel.It is important to explore the competitiveness of youth hostels and promote their sustainable development.The life cycle design method was used to investigate the current development and existing problems of youth hostels.At the same time,the evaluations of youth hostel consumers at home and abroad were summarized to obtain the main factors.The problems in the development of youth hostels were positioning errors,lack of norms,loss of core competitiveness,improper renovation cycle,etc.Effective solutions were proposed in terms of positioning,brand awareness,industry standards,and service systems.Analyzing the development of the youth hostel industry through the life cycle design method can discover and solve existing development problems,improve the original competitiveness,and promote sustainable development.
