摘　　要：连续血流左心室辅助装置(CF-LVAD)现已成为终末期心力衰竭患者的重要治疗手段,但接受CF-LVAD植入的患者也面临着较高的术后并发症风险。高血压是心血管疾病的长期危险因素,对CF-LVAD术后患者的血压有效管理已成为CF-LVAD术后管理的重要组成部分。越来越多的研究表明,CF-LVAD患者术后并发症的发生与血压控制不良密切相关。需要从CF-LVAD术后血压控制目标、CF-LVAD术后血压测量方法、CF-LVAD术后血压控制的临床药物等方面加强术后血压管理。因血压控制不良导致的CF-LVAD术后并发症主要有卒中和主动脉瓣关闭不全两种。Continuous flow left ventricular assist device(CF-LVAD)has become an important treatment for patients with end-stage heart failure.However,patients receiving CF-LVAD implantation also face a higher risk of postoperative complications.Hypertension is a long-term risk factor for cardiovascular disease.Effective management of blood pressure in patients with CF-LVAD has become an important part of postoperative management of CF-LVAD.More and more stud⁃ies have shown that the occurrence of postoperative complications in patients with CF-LVAD is closely related to poor blood pressure control.It is necessary to strengthen postoperative blood pressure management from the following aspects:blood pressure control target,blood pressure measurement method and clinical drugs for blood pressure control after CF-LVAD.The main postoperative complications of CF-LVAD caused by poor blood pressure control are stroke and aortic in⁃sufficiency.
