高位结扎联合血管腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析高位结扎联合血管腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张的价值。方法选取2018年6月—2020年6月在该院接受治疗的60例大隐静脉曲张患者,以随机信封分为参照组、研究组,各30例,参照组予以传统手术治疗,研究组予以高位结扎联合血管腔内激光治疗,观察两组治疗总有效率、手术指标、并发症发生率,综合评价研究组治疗方案的应用价值。结果研究组治疗总有效率(100.00%),显著高于参照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.630,P=0.031)。研究组手术时间(50.49±8.74)min,短于参照组(91.34±10.08)min,出血量(17.28±5.45)mL,少于参照组(45.67±9.11)mL,住院时间(5.61±1.21)d,短于参照组(8.74±1.58)d,差异有统计学意义(t=16.771、14.648、8.614,P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(3.33%),显著低于参照组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030)。结论以高位结扎联合血管腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张,能够提升效果,减轻手术创伤,减少并发症,具有推广使用价值。Objective To analyze the value of high-position ligation combined with intravascular laser in the treatment of varicose veins.Methods From June 2018 to June 2020,60 patients with varicose veins who were treated in the hospital were selected and divided into a reference group and a study group with 30 cases in each group.The reference group received traditional surgical treatment.The study group was given high-position ligation combined with intravascular laser treatment.The total effective rate,surgical indicators,and complication rate of the two groups were observed,and the application value of the treatment plan of the study group was comprehensively evaluated.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than the 80.00%in the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.630,P=0.031).The operation time of the study group(50.49±8.74)min was shorter than that of the reference group(91.34±10.08)min,the blood loss(17.28±5.45)mL was less than that of the reference group(45.67±9.11)mL,and the hospital stay(5.61±1.21)d was shorter than the reference group(8.74±1.58)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=16.771,14.648,8.614,P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than the 26.67%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030).Conclusion High-position ligation combined with intravascular laser treatment of great saphenous veins can improve the effect,reduce surgical trauma,and reduce complications,and has the value of popularization.
