中医护理在老年慢性功能性便秘患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究中医护理在老年慢性功能性便秘患者中的应用效果。方法抽选2018年1月—2019年12月时间段在该院接受诊治的86例老年慢性功能性便秘患者,基于奇偶数分组法将研究对象分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上接受中医护理干预,对两组患者护理效果、中医证候积分、负性情绪以及生活质量的情况进行对比。结果观察组患者护理效果总有效率为97.7%,中医证候积分为(5.16±1.13)分,生活质量评分为(84.23±4.24)分,SAS评分与SDS评分分别为(36.97±2.14)分和(35.26±2.65)分,均明显优于对照组各项数据,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.961,P=0.025;t=6.234、13.467、7.269、12.305,P<0.001)。结论老年慢性功能性便秘患者应用中医护理干预,可有效改善患者中医证候积分与负性情绪,提高临床治疗效果和生活质量,有助于患者的康复。Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in elderly patients with chronic functional constipation.Methods A random selection of 86 elderly patients with chronic functional constipation who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.Based on the odd and even number grouping method,the subjects were divided into control group and observation group.The patients in the control group received conventional nursing care,and the patients in the observation group received TCM nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing effect,TCM syndrome score,negative emotion and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing effect in the observation group was 97.7%,the TCM syndrome score was(5.16±1.13)points,the quality of life score was(84.23±4.24)points,SAS score and SDS score were(36.97±2.14)points,(35.26±2.65)points,significantly better than the data of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.961,P=0.025;t=6.234,13.467,7.269,12.305,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of TCM nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic functional constipation can effectively improve the TCM syndrome scores and negative emotions of the patients,improve the clinical treatment effect and quality of life,and contribute to the recovery of the patients.
