摘 要:目的探究盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎患儿的应用效果。方法方便选取该院于2020年1—7月收治的60例小儿支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,将其按照治疗方式不同分为对照组和治疗组。对照组患儿均实施常规治疗方法,治疗组患儿在常规治疗基础上实施盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗。比较两组治疗效果及临床症状消失时间。结果治疗后,治疗组治疗有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.455,P=0.020);治疗组咳嗽缓解时间、咳痰缓解时间、肺部湿啰音以及胸片炎性阴影改善时间(3.05±1.21)、(2.16±1.65)、(2.16±1.64)、(3.16±1.01)d显著优于对照组(6.21±1.16)、(6.13±1.01)、(5.49±1.86)、(6.10±1.92)d,差异有统计学意义(t=10.325、11.240、7.355、7.422,P<0.05)。结论通过盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎患儿,能有效改善患儿临床症状消失时间,显著提升疗效,促进患儿康复。Objective To explore the application effect of ambroxol hydrochloride atomized inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods Sixty children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to the hospital from January to July 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control groups and treatment groups according to different treatment methods.The children in the control group were treated with conventional treatment methods,and the children in the treatment group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride nebulized inhalation on the basis of conventional treatment.Compared the treatment effect and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the treatment group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.455,P=0.020).Cough relief time,sputum relief time,lung moist rales and chest radiograph inflammatory shadow improvement time(3.05±1.21)d,(2.16±1.65)d,(2.16±1.64)d,(3.16±1.01)d in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(6.21±1.16)d,(6.13±1.01)d,(5.49±1.86)d,(6.10±1.92)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.325,11.240,7.355,7.422,P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride aerosol inhalation for the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia can effectively improve the disappearance time of the clinical symptoms of the children,significantly improve the curative effect,and promote the recovery of the children.
