摘　　要：目的探究悬吊式腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石对患者胃肠功能恢复影响。方法选取2019年10月—2020年11月于我院行腹腔镜手术治疗胆结石患者60例,以抓阄方式分组,30例设为常规组,开展常规腹腔镜胆囊切除术;30例设为试验组,开展悬吊式腹腔镜胆囊切除术。比较2组手术疗效。结果试验组拔管时间、初始排气时间及初次进食时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);常规组术后不良事件发生率6.67%,试验组术后不良事件发生率3.33%,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论悬吊式腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石整体效果显著,利于术后胃肠功能恢复,手术兼具高效及安全优势,可于临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of suspended laparoscopic cholecystectomy on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gallstones.Methods From October 2019 to November 2020,a total of 60 patients with gallstones underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the exploration objects.They were divided into the conventional group(30 cases)and the experimental group(30 cases).Results The extubation time,the initial exhaust time and the first eating time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative adverse events in the conventional group was 6.67%,and the incidence of postoperative adverse events in the experimental group was 3.33%(P>0.05).Conclusion Suspended laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones has a significant overall effect,which is conducive to the recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation.The operation has the advantages of high efficiency and safety,and can be popularized in clinic.
