摘　　要：目的探讨自编血栓预防操联合气压治疗器、低分子肝素钠预防妇科术后血栓的效果。方法选择2019年9月—2020年9月在会昌县人民医院行妇科手术治疗的患者60例,按随机数字表法分为试验组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组行常规治疗,在此基础上试验组予自编血栓预防操联合气压治疗器、低分子肝素钠治疗,比较2组血栓发生率及凝血功能。结果试验组血栓发生率低于对照组,凝血酶原时间(PT)高于对照组,纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用自编血栓预防操联合气压治疗器、低分子肝素钠能够有效改善妇科术后患者的凝血功能,利于预防血栓发生。Objective To explore the effect of self-made thrombus prevention exercise combined with pneumatic therapy device and low molecular heparin sodium to prevent thrombosis after gynecological surgery.Methods Sixty patients who underwent gynecological surgery in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment.On this basis,the experimental group received self-made thrombus prevention exercises combined with air pressure therapy device and low molecular heparin sodium treatment.The incidence of thrombosis and coagulation function were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of thrombosis in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the prothrombin time(PT)was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(DD)were lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made thrombus prevention exercises combined with air pressure therapy device and low molecular weight heparin sodium can effectively improve the coagulation function of patients after gynecological surgery and help prevent thrombosis.
