宽景成像技术联合CDFI在乳腺结节定性诊断中的效能分析

摘　　要：目的探究宽景成像技术联合彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)在乳腺结节定性诊断中的效能。方法选择2018年11月—2020年9月于上饶市广信区人民医院就诊的乳腺结节患者93例(118个结节)作为研究对象,所有患者均行超声检查。将病理结果作为“金标准”,分析宽景成像技术、CDFI单独及联合检查在乳腺结节定性诊断中的应用价值,及其与病理结果的一致性。结果宽景成像技术联合CDFI在乳腺结节定性诊断中灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于单项检查,有统计学差异(P<0.05);宽景成像技术、CDFI与病理结果的一致性尚可(Kappa值=0.738,0.521,P<0.001),联合检查与病理结果的一致性良好(Kappa值=0.878,P<0.001)。结论宽景成像技术联合CDFI在乳腺结节定性诊断中应用价值较高,能够有效提高乳腺结节定性诊断的准确性,为临床诊断提供影像学信息。Objective To explore the effectiveness of wide-view imaging technology combined with color Doppler ultrasound(CDFI)in the qualitative diagnosis of breast nodules.Methods Ninety-three patients with breast nodules(118 nodules)who were treated in our hospital from November 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent ultrasound examination.Regarding pathological results as the"gold standard",analyze the application value of wide-view imaging technology,CDFI alone and combined examination in the qualitative diagnosis of breast nodules,and analyze the wide-view imaging technology,CDFI alone and combined examination and the pathological results of needle biopsy or surgery Consistency.Results In the qualitative diagnosis of breast nodules,the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the wide-view imaging technology combined with CDFI were higher than those of single examinations,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);the wide-view imaging technology,CDFI and pathological results were still consistent Yes(Kappa value=0.738,0.521,P<0.001),and the joint examination has good consistency with the pathological results(Kappa value=0.878,P<0.001).Conclusion The wide-view imaging technology combined with CDFI has a high application value in the qualitative diagnosis of breast nodules.It can effectively improve the accuracy of the qualitative diagnosis of breast nodules,provide imaging information for clinical diagnosis,and is worthy of popularization and application.
