龙氏正骨推拿配合针灸中药治疗类风湿性关节炎(寒湿痹阻型)的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨类风湿性关节炎(RA)(寒湿痹阻型)患者应用龙氏正骨推拿配合针灸中药治疗的效果。方法选择2018年12月—2019年12月于会昌县中医院就诊的60例RA患者,采用随机数字表法分为3组,每组各20例。对照1组采用常规西药治疗,对照2组采用针灸中药治疗,试验组采用龙氏正骨推拿+针灸中药治疗。对比3组临床疗效、不良反应和复发情况。结果试验组临床总有效率较对照1组、对照2组高,不良反应发生率、复发率较对照1组、对照2组低,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论RA(寒湿痹阻型)患者经龙氏正骨推拿配合针灸中药治疗效果较佳,且安全可靠,利于预后改善。Objective To explore the effect of Long’s bone setting massage combined with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)(cold and dampness obstruction type).Methods A total of 60 patients with RA who were treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into three groups by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group 1 was treated with conventional western medicine,the control group 2 was treated with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Long's bone setting massage+acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group 1 and control group 2,and the incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions were lower than that of control group 1 and control group 2,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with RA(cold and dampness obstruction type)through Long’s bone setting massage combined with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine has a better effect,which is safe and reliable and conducive to the prognosis.
