摘 要:长三角生态绿色一体化战略的提出需要一种生态筑底、协同整合的基础设施作为区域联动发展、动态演变的框架。通过梳理景观基础设施理论,挖掘其与一体化示范区发展的整合潜力,利用“千层饼”模式分析生态过程,结合耦合法统筹系统、要素、场地间的“互适性”,探讨跨尺度、多层次的发展策略。提出依托景观基础设施规划思想,以区域水管理为纽带组织蓝绿系统协同骨架,以复合水乡单元替代单一功能分区,构建多中心水乡簇群为基础的“产城”“三生”融合的“新江南水乡”发展模式,为长三角生态绿色一体化实践提供新思路。To put forward the strategy of eco-green integration in the Yangtze River Delta, it is necessary to use an ecological infrastructure as the framework of regional linkage development and dynamic evolution. By sorting out the theory of landscape infrastructure, excavating its integration potential with the development of the demonstration zone, using the "thousand-layer cake" model to analyze the ecological process, and combining the coupling method to coordinate the "interoperability" among systems, elements and sites, the cross-scale and multi-level development strategies are discussed. Relying on the landscape infrastructure planning idea, it is proposed to organize the blue and green system coordination framework with regional water management as the link, and replace single functional districts with composite water town units, constructing the "new Jiangnan water township" development model of "production-city" and "the fusion of manufacture-living-ecology" based on the a multicentered cluster of water township. This paper proposes a practice exploration of eco-green integration in the Yangtze River Delta.
