政府管理创新中电子政务建设问题及对策研究

摘　　要：政府管理工作的创新是社会发展进步的必然趋势,电子政务的建设是政府管理创新的重要手段。近年来,虽然我国电子政务取得了重大进步,但仍然存在一些困难亟待解决。论文分析了我国电子政务建设过程中存在的问题,如标准及规划缺乏统一性、内部管理与公共服务失衡、法治建设存在薄弱环节与缺乏专业人才。为实现政府管理工作的创新,论文提出电子政务建设需要从制定统一的标准及发展规划、加强社会公共服务、完善法治建设、加强公务人员培训等方面进行完善。The innovation of government management work is the inevitable trend of social development and progress,and the construction of e-government is an important method of government management innovation.In recent years,although the e-government in China has made great progress,there are still some existing difficulties to be solved.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of e-government construction in China,such as the lack of unity of standards and plans,the imbalance between internal management and public services,the weak links existing in the construction of the rule of law and the lack of professionals.In order to realize the innovation of government management work,the paper proposes that the improvement of e-government construction needs to start from the formulation of unified standards and development plans,strengthening social public services,improving the construction of the rule of law,and strengthening the training of public servants.
