广西淮山产业现状分析及其发展建议

摘　　要：【目的】分析广西淮山产业现状及存在问题,并提出对应发展建议,为广西淮山产业的可持续发展提供理论指导。【方法】对广西14个地级市进行实地调研,收集相关资料和数据(2018─2020年),主要围绕种植面积、主栽品种、种植方式、科研现状、销售模式和产品加工等方面分析阐述广西淮山产业现状及存在问题,并提出对应发展建议。【结果】广西是我国淮山主产区之一,全区种植面积约18336 ha,主要分布在桂林市、贺州市、贵港市和南宁市,主栽品种为桂淮2号、桂淮5号、桂淮7号及当地品种,种植模式有定向结薯栽培、打洞栽培和机沟栽培;广西淮山以自产自销、鲜品外运和加工为主;广西淮山的加工均为初加工,主要加工产品有淮山片、淮山粒,其中,贵港市桂平金田镇淮山干片加工量位于全国前列。广西淮山产区拥有国家农产品地理标志登记认证3个、无公害农产品认证4个、绿色食品认证3个。广西淮山产业发展势头良好,但同时淮山产业也存在着加工规模小、产品附加值低,难以形成优势产业;品牌辨识度低、经营能力不足,缺乏有影响力的品牌;科研投入不足、研究进展缓慢,影响产学研联合等诸多问题,严重制约了广西淮山产业的可持续发展。【建议】应重点发展区域优势产区,扶持小企业发展,培育壮大龙头企业;实施品牌战略,培育和壮大地方品牌,打造桂字号品牌;重视基础研究,促进产学研联合攻关,加强产业链一体化发展。【Objective】To provide theoretical basis for sustainable and efficient development of yam industry in Guangxi,surveys and analysis on development status and existing problems of Guangxi yam industry were conducted,and countermeasures were put forward.【Method】Based on the field survey investigation and data collection(2018-2020)of main yam producing areas in 14 prefecture-level cities at Guangxi,the development status and main problems of yam in-dustry in Guangxi were analyzed through the perspectives of planting area,major varieties,planting methods,scientific re-search current situation,selling mode,processing,etc.The suggestion for development were proposed.【Conclusion】At present,Guangxi has become one of the main yam producing areas in China.The planting area was about 18336 ha.The main planting areas were mainly located in Guilin,Hezhou,Guigang,Naning.The main cultivars were Guihuai No.2,Gui-huai No.5,Guiahuai No.7 and local varieties.And the planting modes were directional cultivation,making hole cultiva-tion,and machine ditch cultivation.Yam in Guangxi was mainly used for local consumption,exporting and processing.The processing of yam in Guangxi was primary processing,and the main processing products were yamdry slice,yam dry particles,which the processing quantity of yam dry slices in Jintian Town of Guiping was in the front rank of China.Yam industry development momentum was good in Guangxi,because there were three nationalagri cultural products geographi-cal indications registrations and certifications,four pollution-free agricultural products certifications,and three green food certificationsin yam region.But there were also many problems in yam industry.Small processing scale and low added val-ue made it difficult to form a dominant industry.Low brand recognition and insufficient management ability made it lack of influential brands.Insufficient investment in scientific research made research progress slow and further affect the in-dustryuniversity-research association.These problems seriou
