互联网经济背景下网约配送员的权益保障问题研究

摘　　要：随着互联网经济的高速发展,新兴产业进入人们的视野。在互联网技术的加持下,从事外卖行业的网约配送员数量扩增速度十分迅猛,逐渐成为灵活就业人员的典型代表。然而,由于其工作过程具有较高的危险系数,再加之相关保护政策的制定具有一定的滞后性,网约配送员的权益可能会受到侵害。梳理网约配送员的现实保障困境,探究其产生的原因,并提出相应的对策,以期在不过分加重平台成本的同时保障网约配送员的权益,构建和谐劳动关系。With the rapid development of the Internet economy,emerging industries pour into people’s field of vision.The number of online delivery workers engaged in takeout occupation is expanding rapidly,and gradually become a typical representative of flexible employment.However,with the high-risk factors in the working process and the lack of relevant protection policies,the rights and interests of online deliveryman may be infringed.In order to protect the rights and interests of online deliveryman and establish the harmonious labor relations,this article analyze the difficulties of online deliveryman,explores the causes of their difficulties,and finally puts forward some countermeasures for the question.And foster harmonious industrial relation for deliverymen.
