摘　　要：信用是社会的基石。受当前疫情对实体经济的强烈冲击,金融风险提高的同时也影响了企业的良性经营,导致不仅是金融领域,网络以及民间借贷领域失信现象也高发频发,严重危及了社会经济的发展和诚信社会的构建。将打击恶意逃废债行为作为当前的重点工作,也是深入贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于加强社会信用体系建设战略体系的关键环节。因此,在当前特殊背景下探讨恶意逃废债行为的概念及其具体表现形式,然后结合相关法律规定,从预防到执行两个顶点提出完善打击恶意逃废债制度的对策。Credit is the cornerstone of society.Affected by the current outbreak strong impact on the real economy,financial risks increase but also affect the company’s healthy business,resulting not only in the financial sector,networks and civil areas of lending credit loss is a high incidence of frequent,seriously endanger the social and economic development and the integrity of society Construction.Taking the fight against malicious evasion of debts as the current priority is also a key link in the in-depth implementation of the strategic system of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening the construction of the social credit system.Therefore,this article explores the concept of malicious evasion of debts and its specific manifestations under the background of the current special period,and then proposes suggestions for perfecting malicious evasion of debts in combination with current relevant laws and regulations from prevention to enforcement.
