青年科普科幻创作人才培养的探索与实践--以“科普文创-科普科幻青年之星计划”项目为例

摘　　要：繁荣科普科幻创作,归根结底依靠的是人才。创作人才的短缺,成为制约科普科幻创作事业发展的重要原因,大力发掘培养青年创作者成为迫在眉睫的科普需求。青年科普科幻创作人才培养存在学员群体情况复杂,创作基础差异大,参与培训持续性不足等主要问题。本研究结合中国科普作家协会“科普文创-科普科幻青年之星计划”项目实践,提出应制定人才发现的基本策略,实施精细分类培训模式,推广贵在坚持的培训理念,相关培训活动应高度重视兴趣的重要作用,充分借助合作伙伴的平台和力量,始终贯彻理论和实践相结合的原则。最后,针对人才培养提出改进建议,为相关活动提供借鉴。The most essential element for the prosperity of science writing lies in its talents.Whereas the shortage of such talents hinders its development.Therefore,to discover and cultivate young writers becomes the most prior work.During the cultivation of those young talents,we may encounter problems,such as comprehensive situations in these students and trainees,big gaps among their creative basics,high difficulty in their continuous training,etc.In this study,with the experience from Young Science Writers Hunting Project by China Science Writers Association,the following theories and thoughts are put forward:in cultivating young talents in science writing,the most important is to discover the new stars in universities and colleges,develop the model of meticulous training and reinforce the idea of continued training.The related training activities should attach great importance to the role of trainees'interests,take advantage of collaborator's platform and influence,and carry out the principle of combining theory with practice.Thus,suggestions are put forward to improve and solve the problems in talents cultivation,and lessons and experience are provided for relative activities.
