摘　　要：年老体弱者感染新型冠状病毒后易引发重型肺炎,临床上多以支持和对症治疗为主,而中医则通过辨证论治取得了一定治疗效果。故重于探讨新型冠状病毒感染者转为重型肺炎的机制,正虚元亏,素有痰饮,又外感湿毒,肺气郁闭,致正邪交争,元虚邪陷而引起重症。在治法上运用培元宣化解毒法培元扶正,顾护脏腑功能,恢复阴阳平衡;宣化解毒,疏凿痰饮出路,尽除湿毒之邪。同时,也要注意不宜过于温阳大汗、苦寒峻下、滋腻壅补,以祛邪扶正,阴阳平和为原则。因此,通过深入分析新型冠状病毒感染转化为重型肺炎的机制,提出了培元宣化解毒法为主的治疗方法以有效防治重型肺炎,提高治愈率。The elderly and infirm after SARS-CoV-2 infection were prone to cause severe pneumonia.Currently,there was no specific drug in clinical practice,and most of them were mainly supported and symptomatic treatment.However,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has achieved certain therapeutic effect through syndrome differentiation treatment.Therefore,this paper focuses on discussing the mechanism of SARS-CoV-2 infection turning into severe pneumonia.As a result of SARS-CoV-2 infection,the novel was characterized by deficiency of positive elements and deficiency of positive elements,known as phlegm drink,and external feeling of dampness and poison,lung qi stagnation,resulting in the conflict between good and evil,and yuan deficiency and evil depression resulting in severe illness.In the treatment of Peiyuan Xuanhua detoxification method to cultivate yuan support,care viscera function,restore the balance of yin and yang;Xuanhua detoxification,thin phlegm drink outlet,do dehumidification poison.At the same time,we should not be too warm yang sweat,under the harsh cold,nourish the greasy yong,to dispel evils,yin and yang for the principle of peace.Therefore,through in-depth analysis of the mechanism of SARS-CoV-2 infection transforming into severe pneumonia,this paper proposed a treatment method based on the method of Peiyuan Xuanhua detoxification to effectively prevent and cure severe pneumonia and improve the cure rate.
