浅析贾英杰教授运用“升降学说”治疗肺癌经验

摘　　要：肺癌是目前严重威胁人类生命及影响生活质量的恶性肿瘤之一,肺癌常规治疗虽然一定情况下可延长患者生存时间,但存在较大毒副作用,严重影响患者的生活质量,且并未明显减少病死率,中医药凭借其稳定瘤灶,减轻放化疗及靶向治疗毒副作用,延长带瘤生存时间、改善临床症状、增强机体免疫功能、提高生活质量等优势成为肺癌治疗的重要组成部分。贾英杰教授认为肺癌的基本病机是正气内虚,痰、毒、瘀三者并存,并重视升降学说在肺癌治疗中的应用,使用药攻伐和缓有度,则可扶正不留邪,祛邪不伤正,达到“以平为期”的状态。Currently,lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors that seriously threaten human life and affect the life quality of patients.Although conventional treatment of lung cancer can prolong the survival time of patients in certain circumstances,there are major toxic side effects that seriously affect the life quality of patients and have not significantly reduced the death rate,TCM has become an important part of lung cancer treatment by virtue of its advantages of stabilizing tumor focus,reducing the toxic and side effects of radiotherapy,chemotherapy and targeted therapy,increasing the survival time,reducing clinical symptoms,enhancing the body’s immune function and improving the life quality.Professor JIA Yingjie believes that the basic pathogenesis of lung cancer are deficiency of internal qi,coexistence of sputum,poison,and stasis.He attaches importance to the application of the descending and ascending of qi activities theory in the treatment of lung cancer.Strengthening healthy qi without leaving pathogens and eliminating pathogens without hurting healthy qi to reach a state of“inner peace of the body”.
