摘　　要：总结王金榜教授师承国医大师李士懋先生平脉辨证思辨特点,应用寒痉汤治疗寒凝证型腰椎间盘突出症的临床经验。腰椎间盘突出症是骨科临床常见的慢性疾病之一,中医上属“痹症”范畴,临床辨证上多见寒凝证。寒痉汤为国医大师李士懋先生的经验方,临床上基于平脉辨证的思辨特点,出现痉脉、畏寒、疼痛特点,辨证为寒凝证,就可使用此方。王金榜教授平脉辨证随证加减,治疗寒凝证型腰椎间盘突出症效果显著。Summarizing the characteristics of Pingmai syndrome differentiation and differentiation,Professor WANG Jinbang,under the supervision of the master of Chinese medicine,Mr.LI Shimao,and the clinical experience of applying Hanjing Decoction to treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with cold-coagulation syndrome.Lumbar disc herniation is one of the common chronic diseases in orthopedics clinics.It belongs to the category of“arthralgia”in traditional Chinese medicine,and cold-coagulation syndrome is more common.Hanjing Decoction is an empirical prescription of the master of traditional Chinese medicine,Mr.LI Shimao.It is clinically based on the speculative characteristics of Pingmai Syndrome,which can be used if the syndrome is characterized by spasm,chills,and pain,and the syndrome is cold condensing.Professor Wang Jinbang’s Pingmai Syndrome differs with the addition and subtraction of the syndrome,and the treatment of cold-coagulation syndrome type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is effective.
