摘　　要：基于红外热像图分析以温针灸翳风穴(TE17)为主疏通少阳经络,苍龟探穴行针手法解筋结、调经筋治疗耳闭验案1则,为临床从中医经络、经筋理论入手治疗耳闭提供思路。Based on the analysis of infrared thermogram,a case of auricular closure was treated by warming acupuncture at yifeng point(TE17)to dredge shaoyang meridian,and Canggui probing acupuncture to relieve tendon knot and regulate muscle meridians,which provided a way of thinking for clinical treatment of auricular closure based on main and collateral channels,and muscle meridians theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
