摘　　要：2型糖尿病作为一种慢性生活方式性疾病,近年来对人民健康和医疗条件造成了极大的挑战。中医在治疗糖尿病及其常见并发症时着重在于肺、胃、肾3脏,以肾为主。舌诊,是观察舌象从而了解病情的诊察方法,是中医分部望诊审苗窍的重点内容,中医学早就有“凡病俱见于舌”的认识。因此糖尿病舌象特征的研究能为糖尿病的中医诊断提供更多的依据,为防治2型糖尿病提供理论依据,更好的控制疾病进展,从而达到预防和治疗目的。As a chronic lifestyle disease,type 2 diabetes mellitus has posed great challenges to people’s health and medical conditions.In the treatment of diabetes and its common complications,Chinese medicine focuses on the lung,stomach and kidney,with kidney as the main body.Tongue diagnosis,it is to observe the tongue diagnosis method to understand the illness,is a branch of traditional Chinese medicine inspection miaoqiao judges the key content,the traditional Chinese medicine have“every disease burden in the tongue”.Therefore,the study on the characteristics of diabetic tongue image can provide more basis for the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of diabetes and provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes,better control the disease progress,so as to achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment.
