摘　　要：目的:分析左西孟旦治疗冠脉搭桥术后低心排综合征合并急性肾损伤的疗效。方法:将冠脉搭桥术后低心排综合征合并急性肾损伤患者42例分为实验组和对照组各21例,实验组给予左西孟坦治疗,对照组给予多巴胺治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后心排出量、肾功能损伤情况、肾小球滤过率及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组患者的心排出量、肾功能损伤情况及肾小球滤过率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的上述指标均得到改善,且实验组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:左西孟旦治疗冠脉搭桥术后低心排综合征合并急性肾损伤效果较好,不良反应发生率低。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of levosimendan in the treatment of patients with low cardiac output syndrome complicated with acute kidney injury after coronary artery bypass surgery.Methods:Forty-two cases of the patients were divided into an experimental group and a control group with 21 cases each based on their treatment methods.The experimental group was treated with levosimendan while the control group with dopamine.The cardiac output,cardiac output,renal function impairment,glomerular filtration rate(GFR)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The comparison of cardiac output,renal function damage and GFR index between the two groups of patients showed no statistical significance before treatment(P>0.05).However,these indexes were improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and furthermore they were much better in the experimental group than the control group.There were no differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Levosimendan for the treatment of patients with low cardiac output syndrome complicated with acute renal injury after coronary artery bypass surgery has a good effect and low incidence of adverse reactions.
