摘　　要：阐述医院开展新发重大传染病预警工作的重要意义,剖析医院在新发重大传染病预警工作中的预警机制、监测内容与手段、预警能力以及预警系统等方面存在的问题,针对性地提出了完善传染病预警机制、完善新发重大传染病监测内容、促进监测手段信息化、促进监测数据共享、科学选用预警模型和预警技术、提高医护人员预警意识、预警能力的策略与建议。Early warning of emerging major infectious diseases within hospitals was elucidated.Targeting the problems related to the mechanism,monitoring content/approaches,capacity,and system of early warning in hospitals,strategies and suggestions for improving the early warning of emerging major infectious diseases were proposed,including:improve the early warning mechanism,optimize monitoring content,promote the informationization of monitoring approaches,promote the sharing of monitoring data,adopting well-established early warning models and early warning technologies,and upgrade the awareness and ability of health care workers.
