摘  要:马钢A高炉中修时对铜冷却壁破损情况进行了调查,发现铜冷却壁整体保持较完好,壁体规整。对破损的铜冷却壁通过取样进行化学成分分析及力学性能分析,结果表明:①已经生产10多年的高炉,铜冷却壁磨损并不严重,最多的平均每年只磨损2.6mm,最少的平均每年只磨损1mm;②炉腹区域还有碳化硅镶砖,其铜冷却壁基本没有被侵蚀;③铜冷却壁的各种性能保持良好,基本与验收要求相当,仅导热系数稍差,但不影响高炉长寿生产。During intermediate maintenance of Masteel’s BF,an investigation is made on the damage of the copper cooling stave,and the investigation result shows that the copper cooling stave remains regular integrally.The chemical analysis and physical test of the few damaged copper stave sampled prove that:(1) the copper stave is not seriously damaged even the furnace has operated for over 10 years with wearing amount of 2.6 mm/year max.and 1 mm/year min.;(2)The silicon carbide bricks still work at furnace belly area,and the copper cooling stave is almost not corroded;(3) The property of the copper cooling stave keep well,almost the same as that accepted during acceptance test,except for the thermal conductivity which becomes slightly worse,but not affect the furnace production.
