摘  要:根据相关标准规范,结合安全完整性仪表的设计理念,进行三重冗余紧急跳闸系统(ETS)的研究及设计。从ETS的传感器,电源,I/O卡件.控制器等故障裕度和危险失效频率分析系统安全性,在设备选型及回路设计中考虑系统动作的快速性和系统在线试验功能的可靠性。设计了跳闸回路驱动电源,控制系统电源,I/O卡件电源的独立冗余电源系统。设计了三重冗余传感器,I/O卡件,控制器,降低了系统危险失效频率。设计了电源、控制器,I/O卡件、传感器,过程信号状态监视和报警及在线试验功能,以实现ETS三重冗余。该设计大幅度提高了系统的可靠性和可维护性,简化了跳闸回路,确保了机组安全运行。According to relevant standards and specifications,combined with the design concept of safety integrity instrument,theresearch and design of triple modular redundant emergency trip system(ETS)was carried out.From the fault margins and riskfailure frequencies of sensors,power supply,I/O card,controller in the ETS,the system security is analyzed.The rapidity of thesystem action as well as the reliability of the system online test function is considered in the device selection and loop design.Theindependent redundant power system including tripping loop drive power supply,control system power supply and I/O card powersupply is designed.Triple redundant sensors,I/O card parts and controllers are designed to reduce system risk failure frequency.The functions of power supply,controller,I/O card,sensor,process signal status monitoring and alarm and on-line test aredesigned to realize the triple modular redundancy of ETS.The reliability and maintainability of the system are greatly improved,and the trip loop is simplified to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
