摘　　要：介绍了河钢唐钢新区建设的国内首台760 m^(2)完全国产化的带式焙烧机氧化球团生产线的设计特点,该装置在原料结构上以我国冀东地区研山精粉为主,搭配使用南非低硅PMC精粉,辅以其他进口精粉,制备出酸性球团、碱性球团,涵盖低、中、高硅范围的多元化球团。在原料制备环节充分发挥低碳排放的优势,辅以循环流化床半干法脱硫+SCR脱硝等末端烟气治理方式,在实现超低排放基础上最大限度降低污染物排放总量;采用成熟稳定、实用可靠的工艺流程和设备,技术装备水平和主要技术经济指标达到国际先进水平;采用完善的自动化检测控制系统,生产过程采用计算机进行集中控制和调节,实现生产过程全流程数字化、集成化、自动化、可视化。从源头减排、过程控制、末端治理多方面入手,建成了绿色低碳洁净的球团生产线。This paper introduces the design feature of the first set of 760 m^(2) fully domestic oxidized pelletizing production line of belt roaster. In terms of raw material structure,the plant mainly uses Yanshan fine pow der from Eastern Hebei Province and South Africa low silicon PM C fine pow der,supplemented by other imported fine pow der,to prepare acid pellet and alkaline pellet,covering a w ide range of low,medium and high silicon pellets. In the process of raw material preparation,the advantages of low carbon emission is brought into full play,supplemented by circulating fluidized bed semi dry desulfurization + SCR denitration and other terminal flue gas treatment methods,w hich can minimize the total pollutant emission on the basis of ultra-low emission. M ature,stable,practical and reliable process flow and equipment are adopted,so the technical equipment level and main technical and economic indicators have reached the international advanced level. The complete automatic detection and control system is adopted,and the computer is used for centralized control and adjustment of the production process,so as to realize the digitization,integration,automation and visualization of the w hole production process. Green,low-carbon and clean pelletizing production line has been built from the aspects of source emission reduction,process control and end treatment.
