摘  要:介绍了某1 080 m^(3)高炉炉型的特点,针对炉役后期冷却壁镶砖脱落、蛇形管外露、操作炉型不规则、炉况顺行难以改善的情况,进行了3次本体喷涂造衬修复操作。重点介绍了第三次喷涂造衬情况,以刚玉莫来石、刚玉碳化硅为喷涂料,采用机械手热喷工艺,喷涂复产后炉型恢复,炉况稳定,燃料比下降了49 kg/t,产量提高到3 723 t,达到了预期效果。The characteristics of 1 080 m^(3) blast furnace are introduced. In view of the tiles dropping of cooling w all,exposure of coiler,irregular operation furnace shape and difficult improvement of furnace condition in the later stage of furnace service,three times of body spraying,lining and repairing operations are carried out. The third spraying lining making is mainly introduced. Corundum mullite and corundum silicon carbide are used as spraying coatings,and the manipulator thermal spraying process is adopted. After spraying and resuming production,the furnace shape is restored and the furnace condition is stable. So,the fuel ratio is reduced by 49 kg/t and the output is increased to 3 723 t,w hich has achieved the expected effect.
