摘  要:针对河钢唐钢不锈钢公司生产的中高碳钢连铸坯中心偏析严重而易开裂的现象,基于连铸机设备现状,利用金相显微镜、红外碳硫仪等手段,分析了开裂的产生原因。通过控制中间包钢水过热度,优化二冷冷却强度和冷却均匀性,加强动态轻压下稳定性投入等措施,中高碳钢种连铸坯中心偏析得到有效改善,中心偏析等级≤C1.5的成品率达到了88.57%。In view of the serious central segregation and easy cracking of medium and high carbon steel continuous casting billet produced by HBIS Tangsteel stainless steel company,based on the current situation of continuous caster equipment,the causes of cracking w ere analyzed by means of metallographic microscope and infrared carbon sulfur instrument. By controlling the superheat of molten steel in tundish,optimizing the secondary cooling intensity and cooling uniformity,and strengthening the input of dynamic soft reduction stability,the central segregation of medium and high carbon steel continuous casting billet has been effectively improved,and the yield of central segregation grade ≤C1. 5 has reached 88. 57%.
