摘 要:针对原有铁包烘烤器结构复杂,内衬保温层更换频繁,维护量大,运行成本较高,无法实时监测包内温度,烘烤操作全凭经验现场调控火焰长度,自动化程度低,同时燃气燃烧不充分,存在煤气外溢风险,能耗高的问题,对烘烤器进行了升级改造。介绍了新投用的燃气射流烘烤器的工作原理和系统功能,并与旧烘烤器在工艺、设备特点等方面进行了对比。新型烘烤器实现了自动模式操作和远程监控,优化了空燃比,减少了人机接触,铁包烘烤温度可调可控,煤气节气率达到33.5%。there are many defects of original iron ladle roaster,such as complex structure,frequent replacement of the inner insulation layer,large amount of maintenance,high operation cost,unable to monitor the inner temperature in real time,the roasting operation is based on experience,the flame length is controlled on site,the degree of automation is low,the gas combustion is not sufficient w hich results in gas overflow risk and high energy consumption. Thus,it is necessary to reform the roaster. This paper introduces the w orking principle and system function of the new gas jet roaster,and compares it w ith the old roaster in the aspects of technology and equipment characteristics. The new roaster realizes automatic mode operation and remote monitoring,optimizes the air-fuel ratio,reduces man-machine contact,and the ladle baking temperature can be adjusted and controlled,and the gas solar term rate reaches 33. 5%.
