摘 要:为研究利用钻杆推力法预测冲击地压过程中的采动应力对钻杆卡钻现象的影响规律,本文采用ANSYS分析软件对4种计算方案进行模拟仿真,得到不同方案下钻孔周围煤体应力变化规律,反映出了采动应力对钻杆卡钻现象的影响趋势;并利用课题组自主研发的钻孔推力和扭矩测试系统进行现场试验。仿真和实验结果表明:钻孔位置处于采动应力场的应力集中区时,钻孔周围煤体的垂直应力有着相似的变化规律,即随采动应力的增加而增大,因此越容易发生卡钻现象。In order to study the influence of mining stress in the process of rockburst prediction by drill pipe thrust method on the pipe-sticking,four kinds of calculation schemes are designed and simulated by ANSYS software,and the stress change curves of coal body around borehole under different schemes are obtained.Incorporating theoretical analysis to indirectly reflect the influence trend of mining stress on the pipe-sticking.The field test is carried out by using the drilling thrust and torque test system developed by the research group independently.Both simulation and experimental results show that the vertical stress of the coal body around the borehole has a similar variation law,i.e.,increases with the increase of the mining stress when the borehole is located in the stress concentration area of the mining stress field,which is easy for the pipe-sticking phenomenon occurrences.
