摘  要:为研究装药情况对多孔粒状铵油炸药爆速性能的影响,用牛皮纸将其改装成不同装药直径的受试药卷,同时改变起爆药量进行爆速测试。结果表明:当保证装药质量相同时,随着起爆药量的增大,爆速值增加且爆轰效果更加稳定,当装药量一定而改变装药直径时,装药直径过小,药卷会出现拒爆现象,随着装药直径的增加,爆速值增加。当装药长度一定,增加装药直径,炸药爆速性能提高。本研究为多孔粒状铵油炸药实际使用时装药参数的确定提供一定参考。In order to study the effect of charge condition on the detonation velocity performance of porous granular ANFO explosive,it was refitted into test rolls with different charge diameters with kraft paper,and the detonation velocity was tested by changing the amount of primary charge.The results show that when the charge quality is the same,the detonation velocity increases and the detonation effect is more stable with the increase of the amount of detonating charge.When the charge diameter is changed with a certain amount of charge,the charge diameter is too small,and the charge roll will reject detonation.With the increase of charge diameter,the detonation velocity increases.When the charge length is fixed and the charge diameter is increased,the detonation velocity performance of the explosive is improved.This study provides a certain reference for the determination of charge parameters when porous granular ANFO explosive is actually used.
