探讨以人为本理念在高校行政管理工作中的应用

摘　　要：随着高等教育事业的发展,关于高校行政管理的研究越来越多,以人为本的组织管理理论应用在高校行政管理工作中已成为新世纪积极倡导的管理理念。高校行政管理同样需要遵循着以人为本的行动指南与指导原则,使得整个高校行政管理系统的结构更加合理,更加可行。探索以人为本的高校行政管理的有效管理方法,对于提高高校行政管理效益和效率及实现教育大发展也是至关重要的。在以人本管理理念中,整个高校行政管理工作过程中的主角就是人,实施过程中在高校行政管理工作通过建立合理的工作方法,同时对以人为本理念进行合理应用,目的是进一步提高高校行政管理工作效率。同时以人为本的管理理念在应用过程中还需要建立在不断更新、不断发展的前提下,真正实现人性化的管理理念。本次研究将通过分析高校行政管理现状,探讨以人为本理念的涵义及其在高校行政管理中的具体应用方法,评析该理念在高校行政管理工作中的应用价值,以期达到提高高校管理质量和教育质量的目的。With the development of higher education,more and more researches on the administration of colleges and universities are made.The application of the theory of people-oriented organization management has become a management concept actively advocated in the new century.The administrative management of colleges and universities also needs to follow the human-oriented action guide and guiding principle,It makes the structure of the whole university administration system more reasonable and feasible.To explore the effective management methods of the people-oriented administrative management is also very important for improving the efficiency and efficiency of the administrative management of colleges and universities,and for the realization of the great development of education.In the concept of humanistic management,the main role in the whole process of administrative management is human.In the process of implementation,the administrative management of colleges and universities is established with reasonable working methods,and the concept of people-oriented is applied reasonably,with the aim of further improving the efficiency of administrative management in colleges and universities.At the same time,the management concept of people-oriented needs to be established in the premise of continuous update and continuous development in the application process.The real realization of human nature management concept.This research will analyze the current situation of university administration,discuss the meaning of people-oriented concept and its specific application methods in the administration of colleges and universities,and evaluate the application value of the concept in the administration of colleges and universities,in order to improve the management quality and education quality of colleges and universities.
