摘 要:为了解决粉砂质土地区场地内外交通运输压力大的超大、超深基坑工程土方开挖及外运的难题,基于杭州萧山国际机场三期交通中心项目的基坑施工过程,通过对大型泥浆泵送远距离土方泵送技术(水冲法)的工艺原理研究和实际应用,分析和总结了水冲法取土工艺的优势和局限性。相较于传统的机械取土结合渣土车土方外运的施工方式,水冲法出土可全天候连续进行,不受场内外交通的影响。To solve the problem of earthwork excavation and transportation of super large and super deep foundation pit engineering in silt soil area,based on the foundation pit construction process of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport phase III traffic center project,through the process principle research and practical application of large-scale mud pumping and long-distance earthwork pumping technology(water flushing method),the advantages and limitations of water flushing method are analyzed and summarized.Compared with the traditional construction method of mechanical soil collection combined with muck truck earthwork transportation,the excavation by water flushing method can be carried out continuously all day,which is not affected by the traffic inside and outside the site.
