屋面女儿墙预制泛水构件施工技术的应用

摘　　要：屋面女儿墙泛水的传统施工方法,在施工后经常出现大面积的空鼓开裂现象对防水卷材没有起到良好的保护作用。结合工程案例,将传统的泛水制作方法改为预制式一体结构的泛水,在施工现场直接安装预制好的预制泛水构件,保证了施工质量,提高了施工效率,不仅节能环保,而且取得了良好的社会和经济效益。The traditional construction method of roof parapet wall flashing often causes a large area of hollowing and cracking after construction,which does not play a good role in the protection of waterproof membrane.Combined with the project case,the traditional method of flashing is changed to the prefabricated integral structure of flashing,and the prefabricated flashing components are directly installed on the construction site,which ensures the construction quality and improves the construction efficiency.It is not only has the advantage of energy saving and environmental protection,but also achieves good social and economic benefits.
