摘 要:以上海浙江路桥大修工程为例,系统介绍了2种扫描技术在桥梁施工过程中的应用。详细讲解了扫描设备在复杂钢桁架桥梁上的操作过程,并利用点云数据分析了桥梁在无应力状态及有应力状态下的结构变形状况,从而为判断桥梁结构的健康状态提供依据;另采用高精度白光扫描设备对部分涉及新老连接的桥梁节点进行数据采集,分析了老桥的孔位偏差与分布情况,为新构件的匹配提供了设计依据。研究结果表明:逆向采集技术对复杂桥梁结构的大修及形变的监控具有较好的辅助监测效果,所采集的数据密度和精确度远远优于传统手段,可为同类型桥梁大修提供一定的参考。Taking Shanghai Zhejiang Road and Bridge overhaul project as an example,the application of two kinds of scanning technology in the process of bridge construction is systematically introduced.The operation process of scanning equipment on the complex steel truss bridge is explained in detail,and the structural deformation of the bridge in the non-stress state and the stress state is analyzed by point cloud data,so as to provide the basis for judging the health state of the bridge structure;the high precision white light scanning equipment is used to collect the data of some bridge nodes involving new and old connections,and the hole position deviation and distribution of the old bridge are analyzed,which provides the design basis for the matching of new components.The results show that:the reverse acquisition technology has a good auxiliary monitoring effect on the overhaul and deformation monitoring of complex bridge structure,and the data density and accuracy are far better than the traditional means,which can provide certain reference for the overhaul of the same type of bridge.
