摘  要:由于建造年代久远,宁波当地目前现存的民居建筑中,龙骨砖墙内部的木龙骨已基本腐烂,失去了与外部构件的拉结,严重降低了整片墙体的稳定性,且近年来由台风等自然灾害造成的龙骨砖墙倒塌事故屡有发生,危及人民生命财产安全。因此,有必要针对现存的龙骨砖墙民居建筑开展加固维修处理。高延性混凝土是由胶凝材料、骨料、外加剂和合成纤维等原材料组成,按一定比例加水搅拌、成形以后,具有高韧性、高抗裂性能和高耐损伤能力的特种混凝土。试验表明其受拉时具有稳定的应变硬化特性,极限拉应变可达3%以上。高延性混凝土弯曲时具有类似钢材的变形能力,可以有效改善结构脆性问题,提高结构延性和变形能力。Due to the long history of construction,in the existing residential buildings in Ningbo,the wooden keel inside the keel brick wall has basically rotted,which lose the tie with the external components and seriously reduces the stability of the whole wall.In recent years,the keel brick wall collapse accidents caused by typhoons and other natural disasters have occurred frequently,endangering the safety of people's lives and property.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out reinforcement and maintenance for the existing keel brick wall residential buildings.High ductile concrete is a special concrete with high toughness,high crack resistance and high damage resistance,which is composed of cementitious materials,aggregates,admixtures,synthetic fibers and other raw materials,and mixed and formed with water in a certain proportion.The test shows that it has stable strain hardening characteristics under tension,and the ultimate tensile strain can reach more than 3%.High ductility concrete has the deformation capacity similar to steel when bending,which can effectively improve the brittleness of the structure and improve the ductility and deformation capacity of the structure.
