摘  要:基于红外热成像技术,利用混凝土入模温差,在相关文献的基础上对钢管混凝土密实性检测进行深入试验研究。在不同入模温差(8、5、4、3、2K)下,对不同大小缺陷(A缺陷为10 cm×10 cm×1 cm,B缺陷为10cm×10cm×0.5cm,C缺陷为5cm×5cm×1cm,D缺陷为5cm×5cm×0.5cm)进行试验,利用Ansys软件进行有限元热分析,并联系试验结果得出结论:相同入模温度、相同缺陷厚度下,缺陷尺寸越大,缺陷区域温差也越大;相同入模温度、相同缺陷尺寸下,缺陷厚度对缺陷区域温差的影响较小。Based on the infrared thermal imaging technology, using the temperature difference of concrete filling into mould, an in-depth experimental study on the compactness detection of concrete-filled steel tube is carried out on the basis of relevant literature. Under the temperature difference(8, 5, 4, 3, 2 K) of concrete filling into mould, the defects of different sizes(the defect A is 10 cm×10 cm×1 cm, the defect B is 10 cm×10 cm×0.5 cm, the defect C is 5 cm× 5 cm×1 cm, the defect D is 5 cm×5 cm×0.5 cm) are tested. The finite element thermal analysis is carried out by using Ansys software, and the conclusion is drawn according to the test results that, under the same concrete filling into mould temperature and the same defect thickness, the larger the defect size is, the larger the temperature difference in the defect area is;while under the same concrete filling into mould temperature and the same defect size, the defect thickness has less effect on the temperature difference in the defect area.
