摘　　要：构建电梯关键机械部件故障诊断系统,实时采集并分析电梯的运行状态数据,对机械部件损伤引发的微冲击信号进行辨识提取,进而对电梯关键机械部件进行故障的智能诊断。应用诊断结果有效指导电梯的保养和维修工作,更好满足乘客的安全性和舒适性需求。The fault diagnosis system of key mechanical components of elevator is constructed.The system can collect and analyze the running state data of elevator in real time,identify and extract the micro shock signal caused by the damage of mechanical components,and then the intelligent fault diagnosis of key mechanical components of elevator is carried out.The diagnosis results can effectively guide the maintenance of the elevator,and better meet the safety and comfort requirement of passengers.
