摘 要:蚕茧作为具有特殊几何特性的天然材料,表现出了优异的性能,在仿生应用领域中是良好的参考模型.从仿生学的角度出发,对两种代表性蚕茧做了全面的测试和比较,对茧壳的尺寸、各层级的表面形貌、蚕丝直径、孔隙率、透气性、力学性能和热传导性能进行了表征、分析和总结.基于对蚕茧层级和性能的研究,仿生设计了一种层级结构,可应用于隔热服上,使其具有良好隔热性能和透气透湿性能.当外界温度发生骤降时,能够使温度缓慢变化到达人体,并接近体温,避免了高温给人体带来的不适.As a natural material with special geometric characteristics,the silkworm cocoon shows excellent performance and is regarded as a good reference model in the field of bionic applications.From the perspective of bionics,this article has made comprehensive tests and comparisons on two representative silkworm cocoons.The sizes of the cocoons,the surface morphology of each layer,the silk diameter,porosity,air permeability,mechanical properties and thermal conductivity were characterized,analyzed and summarized.Based on studies on the layers and performances of silkworm cocoons,this paper designs a hierarchical structure that can be applied on the proximity suit bionically,so that it can have good heat insulation performance,air permeability and moisture permeability.When the external temperature drops sharply,it makes the temperature slowly change to the human body,and approaches the body temperature,which avoids the discomfort caused by high temperature to the human body.
