摘 要:单品级纺织服装产品的全生命周期自动化管理对超高频射频识别(UHFRFID)标签的经济、舒适和耐用性提出了更高要求.现有的硬质标签因为综合成本高、非柔性、不易集成于织物,无法满足纺织品租赁、洗涤、售后跟踪的使用要求.丝网印刷织物基UHFRFID标签是实现纺织品精确管理的重要途径,但是其耐洗涤性差和影响产品舒适性仍然是规模应用前的瓶颈所在.概述了UHFRFID标签的工作原理和丝网印刷工艺,列举了织物基UHFRFID标签的洗涤程序,分析了标签在洗涤过程中受到的应力破坏和化学影响.总结了改进优化织物基UHFRFID标签耐洗涤性的具体措施,展望了耐洗涤织物基UHFRFID标签的未来研究趋势.The automatic management of the whole life cycle of single-grade textiles and apparel products raises higher requirements for the economy,comfort and durability of UHF RFID tags.Existing rigid RFID tags can’t satisfy the requirements for the leasing,washing,and after-sales tracking of textiles because of their high composite cost,inflexibility,and difficult integrations in fabrics.Silk-screen printed fabric-based UHF RFID tags are an important way to realize accurate management of textiles,but their poor washability and impact on product comfort are still the bottlenecks for large-scale applications.The working principle of UHF RFID tags and the preparation process of silk-screen printing are summarized,the washing procedures of fabric-based UHF RFID tags are enumerated,and the stress damage and chemical effects of RFID tags during the washing are analyzed.And finally,specific measures to improve and optimize the washability of fabric-based UHF RFID tags are summarized,and the future trend of washable fabric-based UHF RFID tags is prospected.
