摘  要:加压服装疗法是临床上治疗烧伤增生性瘢痕的重要手段,正确且积极的恒压治疗有助于提高压力服治疗增生性瘢痕的治疗效果.综述了压力疗法研究现状、增生性瘢痕的压力服的制作与临床现状,并从当前压力服装临床使用中存在的问题入手,针对当前压力服在临床使用中不能维持特定且均匀的治疗压力,以及长期使用依从性低与护理不当等问题,对治疗增生性瘢痕压力服的研发提出了展望.未来可从压力衰变调节系统开发、运用嵌入式柔性可穿戴技术构建治疗压力实时监测系统、以及使用新型抑菌纤维混纺或者添加药物内衬等方法研发压力衣,改善烧伤增生性瘢痕临床治疗效果.Pressurized garment therapy is an important clinical therapy for burn hypertrophic scars.Correct and active constant pressure therapy could help improve the therapeutic effect of pressure garments in the treatment of hypertrophic scars.This paper reviewed the research status of pressure therapy,as well as the production and clinical status of hypertrophic scar pressure garments.Starting from the problems existing in the current clinical use of pressure garments,such as failure of the current pressure garments to maintain a constant and uniform treatment pressure in clinical use,low compliance and improper nursing during long-term use,etc.,the prospect of the R&D of hypertrophic scar pressure garments was put forward.In the future,pressure garments can be developed from the development of a pressure decay regulation systems,a real-time monitoring system for therapeutic pressure can be built by using embedded flexible wearable technology,and pressure garments can be developed by using new antibacterial fiber-blended fabric or adding drug linings,etc.to improve the clinical therapeutic effect of hypertrophic scar from burns.
