摘 要:灌区斗渠以下渠系水利用系数的大小,反映了灌区的用水效率。本文通过对吐鲁番市灌区斗渠以下渠系水利用系数的监测方法进行研究,指出利用统计方法进行灌区渠系水有效利用系数测算的不足,针对现有测算方法的不足,本文提出:对DEM遥感影像采用改进霍夫变换的渠系提取方法,并将3m作为田间区域植株间距离的临界值,以此来优化进、出水口门的监测数量,在进、出水口门处用巴歇尔槽监测水量,一方面提高了进、出水量的监测精度,另一方面节约了人力、物力。采用此方法,对吐鲁番市柯柯亚灌区飞机场区域的渠系水有效利用系数进行了测算,取得了很好的效果,此方法可作为吐鲁番市测定灌区渠系水有效利用系数的有效方法,此方法的应用,对于吐鲁番市水资源管理、灌区建设具有很好的指导意义。The water utilization coefficient of the canal system under the canal in the irrigated area reflects the water use efficiency of the irrigated area This article through to the Turpan city irrigation canal water use coefficient under lateral canal monitoring methods of research, pointed out that the use of statistical methods for irrigation canal water use coefficient calculation, aiming at the shortcomings of the existing measuring methods, this paper puts forward: to DEM canal system extraction methods of remote sensing images with the improved hough transform, and 3 m as the distance between the field area plant threshold,In this way, the monitoring quantity of the inlet and outlet door is optimized, and the water quantity is monitored by Parshall flume at the inlet and outlet door, which improves the monitoring accuracy of the inlet and outlet water quantity and saves manpower and material resources. KeKeYa irrigation area by using the method of the Turpan city airport area measurement was carried out on the canal water use coefficient, good results have been achieved, this method can be used as Turpan city, effective method for determination of irrigation canal water use coefficient, the application of this method, theTurpan city water management have great significance in guiding irrigation district construction.
