摘 要:油茶种子外壳种皮坚硬,发芽率低,为了提高油茶种子发芽率,促进幼苗生长,对3种油茶种子采用不同浸种处理进行了容器育苗试验。结果表明:应用温水90℃、高锰酸钾、赤霉素、4号ABT生根粉溶液浸种的种子平均发芽率为84.%、90.0%、92.0%、97.0%;用4号ABT生根粉溶液浸种的种子平均发芽率,比应用清水浸种、高锰酸钾溶液浸种、赤霉素溶液浸种的种子平均发芽率分别提高15.5%、7.8%、5.4%,萌芽率也分别提高14.5%、6.8%、4.4%。The seed coat of Camellia oleifera is hard and the germination rate is low.In order to improve the germination rate of Camellia oleifera seeds and promote the growth of seedlings,three kinds of Camellia oleifera seeds were treated with different soaking methods.The results showed that the average germination rate of seed soaked with warm water at 90℃,potassium permanganate,Gibberellin and 4 ABT rooting powder solution was 84.%,90.0%,92.0%and 97.0%.The average germination rate of seed soaked with 4 ABT rooting powder solution was 15.5%,7.8%and 5.4%higher than that soaked with water,potassium permanganate solution and Gibberellin solution,respectively.The germination rate increased by 14.5%,6.8%and 4.4%,respectively.
