摘  要:指出了城市湿地公园兼具生态性和休闲性,是城市居民游憩活动的重要载体,探讨其游客忠诚度对湿地公园建设具有重要意义。研究以成都青龙湖湿地公园为例,运用模糊综合评价方法,对其游客忠诚度进行了分析。结果表明:青龙湖湿地公园的游客忠诚度为3.49,总体上处于中等偏上水平;游客的推荐意愿和重游意愿均较为强烈,但游客的正面宣传次数和价格容忍度水平总体较低。基于此,提出了丰富游憩体验、创造宣传机会、科学制定价格等建议。Urban wetland park is both ecological and recreational,and is an important place carrier for urban residents’recreational activities.Studying its tourist loyalty is of great significance to the construction of wetland parks.Taking Chengdu Qinglong Lake Wetland Park as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the tourist loyalty of Qinglong Lake Wetland Park.The results show that the tourist loyalty of Qinglong Lake Wetland Park is 3.49,which is above the average level in general.The recommendation willingness and revisit willingness of tourists are strong,while the positive publicity times and price tolerance level of tourists are generally low.Based on this conclusion,some suggestions are put forward,such as enriching recreation experience,creating publicity opportunities and setting prices scientifically.
