摘 要:动力转向器总成出厂前必须进行综合性能试验,试验台架既要模拟汽车转向系统中的供油功能,还需要给转向器被动或主动加载,工作压力高,流量变化大,对液压系统的设计提出了较高要求。将试验台液压系统分为2个独立的子系统进行设计,使用电磁比例溢流阀根据程序设定自动调节系统压力,通过并联2个单向节流阀获得较大的流量调节范围,满足多种试验要求,采用定值减压阀和换向阀卸荷等多种措施保护仪器仪表。实践验证,液压系统设计合理,有效避免了液压冲击,工作稳定,噪声小,各试验参数便于设置和标定,满足试验要求,为类似设备的研发提供了可借鉴的经验。The comprehensive performance test must be implemented before power steering assembly leaves the factory.The test bench not only simulates the fuel supply function in the automobile steering system,but also needs to load the steering gear passively or actively.High working pressure and large flow change put forward higher requirements for the design of hydraulic system.The hydraulic system of the test bed is divided into two independent subsystems to design.The electromagnetic proportional relief valve is used to automatically adjust the system pressure according to the requirements of the program.Two one-way throttle valves are connected in parallel to obtain a larger flow adjustment range,which can meet the requirements of many kinds of tests.Various measures such as constant pressure reducing valve and reversing valve unloading are adopted to protect instruments and meters.The practice proves that the hydraulic system design is reasonable.Hydraulic impact is effectively avoided.The operation is stable and low noise.The test parameters are easy to set and calibrate.The test requirements are fully met.Some reference experience for similar equipment research and development is provided.
